Tengku Farith Rithauddeen

Tengku Farith Rithaudeen graduated from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts
(Economics) degree. He began his career in 1993 with CIMB in the Corporate Finance Division and subsequently
joined Road Builder (M) Holdings Berhad in 1994. He was a Member of the Venture Capital Consultative Council,
Presidential Advisor to Malay Chamber of Commerce and the National Information Technology Council (NITC).
He was nominated as one of the World Economic Forum's 100 Global Leaders for Tomorrow in 2002, the
first recipient of the Young Entrepreneurs Award by the Malay Chamber of Commerce in 2004 and was
recently awarded the Eisenhower Fellowship by the Eisenhower Foundation, USA in 2007.

Maznida started her career with Ernst & Young, London. Maznida graduated from London School of Economics and
Political Science in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science (Economics) degree. Subsequently, she embarked on her
career with Ernst & Young, London, where she attained her qualification as a Chartered Accountant from the
Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Upon coming back to Malaysia, she joined
Arab-Malaysian Merchant Bank in Privatisation & Project Advisory Unit for 2 years. She left AmMerchant to
be part of the team of co-founders to set up SKALI in late 1996. Maznida is also a Chartered Accountant
with the Malaysia Institute of Accountants. Maznida holds the position of Group Chief Financial Officer and
Company Secretary of SKALI, and is a member of the Executive Management Committee responsible for the
strategic planning and overall management of the Group.
Deputy Group CEO
Norazam Zakaria, or more fondly known as NZ amongst SKALI's staff is the Deputy Group CEO of SKALI Group.
He graduated from Washington State University at Pullman, Washington in 1989 with a Bachelor in Business
Administration (MIS) degree. He began his career in 1989 with Melewar Group as a Programmer and subsequently
joined Solsisnet (under Dataprep Holdings) as a Sales Executive in 1993 and worked his way up to be their Sales
Manager by 1996. In 1997, he ventured on his own business still within the ICT industry and rejoined the corporate
world as a Business Development Manager for B2B Commerce Sdn. Bhd. (a Joint Venture - JV company with
General Electric, US) in 2001. Eventually he joined Skali in 2004 as a Sales Manager and has been here since.
Within SKALI Group, he moved up to the Sales Director post in 2007, CEO of Skali E-Business Solutions in 2009,
and eventually his current post as Deputy Group CEO in 2014. He was instrumental in developing and managing
several key accounts in both corporate (BNM, Etiqa, PETRONAS etc.) & government sectors (MAMPU, Johor &
Perak state Govt) and ensuring successful deployment of high profile projects for SKALI Group.
Senior Vice President, Group Corporate
Affairs of SKALI Group
Shahizah Shaharuddin, joined SKALI Group in Year 2000 and is better known as Sha amongst SKALI's staff. She
currently holds the post of Senior Vice President, Group Corporate Affairs and is responsible for the whole spectrum
of human resource, administration, legal matters and assist in the corporate management functions for the whole
SKALI Group. Sha was educated in Sydney, Australia in Business Studies, Marketing and Computing, her career
started in 1984 in Sydney, Australia where she was working for Perpetual Trustee Co. Ltd., an established unit trust
company responsible for client portfolio management, purchasing and redemption of unlisted funds and settlements.
Upon her return to Malaysia in 1992, she joined KLSE Chilong Systems Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of the Kuala Lumpur
Stock Exchange (now known as Bursa Malaysia Berhad) which later became a part of the Virtual Group Sdn, Bhd,
through a management buy-out. During her tenure with Virtual Group Sdn. Bhd., she gained extensive exposure by
heading the Operations Department and later in 1998, she was promoted to Senior Manager, Administration where
she was responsible for the administration, human resource, legal matters and
corporate management of Virtual Group Sdn. Bhd. and its subsidiaries.
Mohd Fazly Mohd Yin
CEO,SKALI Managed E-Business and
Mohd. Fazly Mohd. Yin graduated from University Technology Malaysia, Skudai in 1997 with a Bachelor of Electrical
Engineering degree. He began his career in 1997 in IMPSA Malaysia as an Electical Engineer. In October 1997 he
joined MEJATI GROUP, which was followed by his career with FOXBORO (M) in Aug 1998 as a Project Engineer in
SCADA division, where he was promoted to Project Manager in May 1999. He joined Patroon Group of companies
in the year 2000 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Deputy Project Director in January 2001. He
co-founded BuggyView, an authorised SI company representing Honeywell Limited range of products. He joined
SKALI in 2006 as a Project Manager in the PMO division, where he was promoted to Project Director. Mohd. Fazly
was later promoted to Head the Sales and Business Development division with one of SKALI's subsidiaries. In
July 2011, he was promoted to CEO for Skali Managed E-Business and was responsible for the overall management
and operations of Skali Data Centre Business and Operations. Fazly represents SKALI as a member of Malaysian
Data Centre Alliance (MDCA), EPP3 Data Centre, Outsourcing Malaysia and few other associations related to Data
Centre and Cloud Computing areas. Fazly has also been invited as a speaker/panel related to Data Centre and Cloud
Computing topics. Fazly possesses a Certified ICT Project Management Guidelines CMMI Level3 and Security
System Product Certifications from Honeywell back in 2003. He has managed a number of projects throughout
his career in various ICT and Infrastructure field within South East Asia
